Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical engineering- duly approved by AICTE
 

2. Chargeman (Information Technology) – 23 posts
Qualification: “A” level competency certificate course or equivalent qualification in Computer Science duly recogonised by Govt. of India.
 

3. Chargeman (Electrical) – 133 posts
Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Electrical engineering- duly approved by AICTE
 

4. Chargeman (Chemical) – 296 posts
Qualification: 3 years Diploma in Chemical engineering- duly approved by AICTE
  or B.Sc degree with General Chemistry

Age Limit (as on 09-Aug-2014):  

All applicants should have age more than 18 years on or before closing date of online applications. The upper age limit is given below for various categories;
• General candidates – 27 years
• OBC candidates – 30 years
• SC/ST candidates – 32 years
• Physically Handicapped candidates – 37 years

PAY SCALE:

a.Pay Band: PB-2(Rs.9300-34800)

b.Grade Pay:Rs..4200 per month with allowances as admissible i.e. Basic pay, Grade pay, DA etc. No other allowances including PLB and OT will be admissible during the probation period.

APPLICATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE):

FACTORIES RECRUITMENT BOARD, AMBAJHARI. However no fee will be charged for SC/ST, Women and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates.Online application form will guide you to generate the Challan form website, which you have to deposit in any SBI branch.Extra offline bank transaction charges of Rs. 50/-levied by SBI,has to be paid by the candidate.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

Selection will be made strictly on the merit of WRITTEN EXAMINATION to be notified in ofb.gov.in. Centres of Examination will be Ambernath (near Kalyan, Mumbai), Aruvankadu (Near Ooty), Badmal (Odisha), Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Jabalpur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Medak (Near Hyderabad), Muradnagar (Near Delhi), Nagpur, Pune, Trichy. Principal Director, NADP reserves the right to change and allot any venue to a particular candidate.

There will be no Interview/Personality Tests . A provisional merit list of candidates will be published. Selected candidates will be asked to come to NADP/Respective factories with their original documents for verification. Mention of the name in this list does not entitle the candidate to claim employment.

HOW TO APPLY

•No manual applications would be entertained

•The online application shall be at ofb.gov.in. The link will remain active from 00.00 hrs on 19-07-2014 to mid night on 09-08-2014.

•It will be easy for candidate if he/she can carry scanned copy of his/her recent passport photo and signature for on-line submission.

• The filling of online application contains two parts:Part I Registration I

1.In Part I (Registration I) - candidate will have to fill basic information. On submission of details, candidate will be prompted to check the details and make correction, if any. Candidate has to give his e-mail id and Mobile number.

2.Candidate has to give His three choices Preference of the Factory for Posting. Final allotment will be done based on the Merit cum preference. In case, there are vacancies for a unit and candidate appears in Order of Merit and there are no vacancies in his preferred options, OFB will allot him an Unit on their own judgement.

3. Part II (Registration II) - contains filling of payment details (Payment Transaction id).

4.The application procedure will be incomplete without Part II Registration.

Part II Registration II

1.In Part II of application, candidate has to upload scanned copy of his signature and photo.

(File should be in jpeg format and size of the Photo image should not exceed 50 kb and the Signature image should not exceed 20 kb)

2. Candidates who have to pay application fee can pay fee as per direction given in website. (SC/ST/Female/PWD Candidates are exempted from fee payment)

3. On successful completion of the transaction and application form will be generated; which may be printed for record.

4. Candidates should keep a copy of the Application printout and Fee Receipt for their record.

5. Candidates have to download Admission Card (Call Letter) as per instructions provided in the website.

6. Candidates will be permitted to enter Examination venue only with the proof of Admission Card along with a separate photo identity proof. 

After completion of Part II (Registration II) – pri nt out of on-line application has to be taken and sign at appropriate place mentioned in form.

Original copy of Payment Challan, Application form and other applicable documents has to reach the below mentioned address on or before 23-08-2014.
