Department of Pension issues guidelines with regard to the guardianship of children with disability/ disorder of mind for payment of Family Pension

 Department of Pension vide it's OM dated 19/1/2022 have issued guidelines to the banks on the above subject. According to this the Banks are instructed not to insist for Guardianship Certificate from Court of law for payment family pension to the mentally retarded child of a Pensioner / Family Pensioner.
