OFB informs AIDEF that all the Ordnance Factories have been directed to issue NOC to IES in connection with Inter Departmental Transfer / Deputation etc.

 In reply to our representation to Secretary (DP) on the subject of transfer of employees of Ordnance Factories, to other Departments/Ministries, the Office of Directorate of Ordnance (C&S) vide their letter dated 17/03/2022 have informed our Federation that instructions have already been issued to all the Ordnance Factories and Field Units to issue NOC to Industrial Employees in connection withI nter Departmental/Ministries transfer,

deputation etc. A copy of the DOO(C&S) letter dated 17/03/2022 addressed to AIDEF
